Placing An Order

Place an order by calling us at 508-285-8454 during business hours, Monday thru Friday between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. We accept Visa, MasterCard and checks payable to WOODCRAFT. When paying by Visa or MasterCard allow 3 to 10 days for shipping. Pay Pal is now incorporated into our web site for many of our ready to ship items for your shopping convenience. All Pay Pal orders are subject to the same policies set forth by WOODCRAFT. Please refer to our policy page for more details regarding our policies.   
 

  • All products are shipped partially assembled

  • Shipping is only within continental US (UPS GROUND) or (CON-WAY TRUCKING ) 

  • UPS new dimensional shipping rates may affect shipping cost to you 

  • Business to business shipping rates are lower

  • Bulk shipping rates can lower the cost of your shipping expense

  • We offer lower shipping rates on additional products purchased through Pay Pal 

  • On-line Pay Pal shipping and handling rates are at a flat fee for your convenience

  • You may lower your shipping/handling cost by calling or emailing us your zip code   

  • Shipping is based on weight and size. Some products must ship motor freight

  • Motor freight shipping (Con-way) fast quotes- reliable shipping- call or email us    

  • Shipping is based on availability of product(s) at the time or your order

  • We will notify you if we can not ship your product with in 10 days. 

  • Backorders may take 4-8 weeks. 

  • Factory Free Staining (Color Cedar) may be available for most cedar products

  • Pay Pal buttons allow for stain options.    

  • Orders will be processed in the order they are received

  • Please refer to our policy page before ordering

Policies

 

  • Woodcraft is not responsible for damages that occur due to improper assembly. Please follow your guide's to assure proper assembly of your products. If you have any questions regarding assembly, you may call us during regular business hours.

  • All our Products are checked for defects before they are packaged and shipped to you. However, if you find a defective part we will gladly replace it at no charge to you. Customers have 48 hours to notify us after receiving a damaged item.

  • Products must be in original packaging (include a copy of the invoice) and be returned freight pre-paid (insured) to Woodcraft. After inspection and acceptance, credit returns may be subject to a restocking fee. All freight expenses incurred are to be paid by the customer. No credit will be issued on freight, handling charges, or special fees. Outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund on products offered with free shipping.

  • No returns on custom orders including our custom woodart, special orders, or orders that have been purchased for pick up at our store with free assembly. Once the product(s) have been assembled and  the materials have been purchased for your orders the  the sale(s) are final. If they need to be shipped and your purchase included shipping then we will ship it to you when it is complete.

Damages

All products are shipped to you with product liability insurance. If you find your product is damaged due to shipping:

  1. You must contact the carrier (UPS or Freighting Company) within 24 hours of receiving your product(s).

  2. Woodcraft does not accept responsibility for returns due to damages during shipping.

Returns

You may return any product for a full refund,  "less restocking fees" if it is not damaged unless it is a custom order or it was purchased and requested by the customer to be assembled for pick up at our store. You, the customer, must pay all shipping and liability insurance costs for returns on any product. Outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund on products offered with free shipping. See Policies for more information on returns.

Restock Fee

After inspection and acceptance, credit returns will be subject to a minimum $25.00 restocking fee and or 30% of the product(s) cost, whichever is greater.

 

Refunds / Exchanges

All refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of Woodcraft. We assess each claim individually. If the customer has no responsibilities, then a full refund or exchange can be made. All orders will be credited within ten days of your purchase if we cannot ship your order. The customer must submit in writing to RM@woodcraftcedar.com authorization for a backorder . Once your order has been shipped you must follow the Return Policy for a refund, if any applies. Any backorder account held for more than 45 days will be credited to your account. Customers will be notified of any credit.

 

Shipping Claims

Claims are filed by, and are the responsibility of, the shipper.

  • It is the receiver's responsibility to note any damage or possible damage on the bill of laden before accepting delivery.
  • It is the receiver's responsibility to contact the shipper within 48 hours to report damage.
  • The receiver must hold the package until carrier picks up and/or inspects the damaged product.

 

Limited Warranty

 

All our Products are checked for defects before they are packaged and shipped to you. However, if you find a defective part we will gladly replace it at no charge to you.

 

All products are shipped partially assembled (kit). Includes all galvanized, stainless steel, and zinc plated hardware. Assembly directions are included. Replacement pieces shipped to you, if ever needed, may have to be assembled.
